Whoopi Goldberg (November 13th, 1955)
One of the few entertainers to have won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award (EGOT), Whoopi Goldberg was the first Black woman to pull off this feat. She is known for her adored roles in films such as “The Color Purple” and “Ghost.” A longtime co-host of “The View,” she is also an outspoken advocate for social justice and human rights.

Tracee Ellis Ross (October 29th, 1972)
Tracee Ellis Ross is best known for her roles in the TV hit series “Girlfriends” and “Black-ish.” Before becoming an actress, she walked the runway for fashion brands like Mugler.

SZA (November 8, 1989)
Singer and songwriter SZA captured the world with her debut album, “Ctrl,” released in 2017. The Grammy-nominated album blends alternative R&B with soul and remains one of her most highly regarded releases.

Drake  (October 24th, 1986)
Drake celebrated his 38th birthday on Thursday, October 24th. Since his breakout mixtape “So Far Gone, ” he has consistently dominated the hip-hop and pop music charts. Drake has won numerous awards and is credited with shaping the sound of hip-hop with his fusion of rap and R&B.

Gabrielle Union (October 29th, 1972)
Known for her well-known roles in “Bring It On,” “Bad Boys II,” and the hit series “Being Mary Jane,” Union has also been a vocal advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and racial justice.
